【Returns/Exchanges Process】
For products that meet the conditions for returns or exchanges, please contact the customer service centre on the official website within 14 days from the date of receipt and provide the following information for review by our team:

The following situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
1. Products received more than 14 days ago.
2. Products that have been opened or damaged, affecting resale.
3. Discounted items
4. Self-return without prior application for returns or exchanges.
5. Products explicitly stated on the website as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
【Refund Information】
1. Normally, once we receive and confirm your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 60 working days back to your payment account.
2. Refund amount will be based on the actual paid amount.
3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping fees when requesting returns or exchanges due to personal reasons.
5. If a customer refuses to accept delivery after the product has been shipped, round-trip shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
6. If your order included a gift, please return the gift along with the returned item. Failure to return the gift will result in a deduction of its retail value from your refund.
7. Once a product is returned or refunded, any related promotional codes or shopping credits cannot be reused.
8. For additional purchase prices, bundled discounts, and member-exclusive gifts with purchase promotions:
- If the main product is returned, any additional purchase items will revert to their original price.
- For bundled discounts, if the discount criteria are not met after a return, the remaining items will revert to their original price, and the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No returns or exchanges are allowed for additional purchase items, promotional items, limited-time, or limited-quantity products.
