Delivery
- Products will be shipped within 3-4 working days(working days means Monday to Friday，except Public Holidays) after the order is confirmed normally.
- During discount and free shipping periods, holidays or bad weather, orders may take more time to process.
- If you need to change the delivery address/telephone number/schedule delivery time, etc., after the payment of order is completed, please contact info@drora.sg to change it.
【Delivery Fee(charge by weight)】 ＊free delivery means the total amount of the order is over $400 after used store credits, coupons, other discounts
【Order Cancellation】
Customers are able to cancel orders themselves. However, please note that once the product you have ordered has reached the "confirmed" status, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you must apply for a return after receiving the product.
1. Order Cancellation Request:
[Customer logged in when placing the order] Upon completing the order, you can go to the official website > My Account > Orders, find the order in question, and click on "Cancel Order".
[Customer not logged in when placing the order] After completing the order, you can either "Join as a member using the email used when placing the order" or "Log in as a member", then proceed to the official website > My Account > Orders, find the order, and click on "Cancel Order".
2. Refund: Upon successful cancellation of the order, the payment will be refunded through the original payment method.
3. Important Note: If there are any changes to the product details of the order, customers will not be able to cancel the order themselves.
